Terms and Conditions
Registration & Eligibility

All players must complete registration forms, provide accurate personal information, and submit required documentation (birth certificate, waivers, etc.).

Players must meet age and eligibility requirements set by the team and governing AAU organization.

Participation is not guaranteed until all fees and paperwork are completed.
Fees & Payment Policy

All team fees (registration, uniforms, tournament fees, travel, etc.) must be paid by designated deadlines.

Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or removal from the team.

Payment plans, if offered, must be strictly followed.
Practice & Game Attendance

Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices, games, and tournaments.

Absences must be communicated in advance to coaches.
-
Repeated unexcused absences may result in reduced playing time or dismissal from the team.
Player Conduct

Players must demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and discipline at all times.
-
Unsportsmanlike behavior, fighting, or disrespect toward coaches, teammates, referees, or spectators will not be tolerated.

Coaches reserve the right to suspend or remove players for conduct violations.
Parent/Guardian Conduct

Parents/guardians are expected to support the team in a positive and respectful manner.

Negative behavior toward coaches, players, or officials may result in removal from games or dismissal from the program.

Coaching from the sidelines is discouraged unless requested.
Playing Time Policy

Playing time is not guaranteed and is determined by coaches based on effort, skill level, attendance, and team needs.

The primary focus is player development, teamwork, and competitive growth.
Uniforms & Equipment

Players are responsible for maintaining and returning uniforms if required.

Lost or damaged uniforms may result in replacement fees.
-
Proper attire must be worn at all practices and games.
Travel & Tournaments

Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation unless otherwise arranged.
-
Travel costs (hotels, meals, transportation) are the responsibility of the player unless included in team fees.

Players must adhere to team rules during travel events.
Injury & Medical Release

Participation is at the player’s own risk.
-
The team is not liable for injuries sustained during practices, games, or travel.
-
Parents/guardians authorize coaches/staff to seek medical treatment in case of emergency.
Media & Photography Release

The team may use photos/videos of players for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing).
-
Participation implies consent unless a written opt-out is provided.
Dismissal & Refund Policy

The organization reserves the right to dismiss any player or family for failure to comply with these terms.
-
No refunds will be issued for dismissal due to misconduct or violation of policies.
